What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?

Reception is open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

What languages are spoken at reception?

Our team speaks Italian, English, French, and Spanish.

Where is the property located and how can I get there?

The property is located at Via della Croce 56. You can reach us by taxi or car (please note the limited traffic zone – ZTL), or by metro, getting off at Spagna station.

Is parking available on-site?

A garage is available at Via Belsiana 98, just 20 meters from the property entrance.

Is there an elevator in the building?

Yes, the property is equipped with an elevator.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes, luggage storage is available for our guests.

What amenities are included in the suites?

Our suites feature Wi-Fi, climate control, minibar, bathtub, vanity kit, dual TVs, music setup, coffee station, tea selection, ice maker, microwave, curated wine selection, and a private concierge service.
